If you have something dry like breads, 30 minutes is good, but I tend to have the most energy and least stomach issues if I wait an hour for doing anything where I am bouncing around like on a tredmill. Remember that you should eat something light like a granola bar while you work out if you work out over 1 hour to keep energy levels up.

The longer you wait to do exercise, after you eat, the better, but always wait a minimum of 90 minutes before doing any strenuous exercise.

I would say 30 minutes but if I eat and don't get too full it has never bothered me to exercise so really it depends on how much you eat

i just ate too..and wonderign whether i should excercise too..
answer this, if weight lifting considered strenous excercise, how long u wait after eating can u lift weight?
