im skinny but i have a bit of a beer belly and i want to lose it anyone know any fast ways

There is no way to "spot reduce" you cannot take fat off of 1 part of your body only...The only way to lose fat is all over at once.
Cardio cardio cardio, running , jogging at least 30 min per day at least 3 days per week. If you can up to 3-5 miles per day it will go

you can stop producing belly fat by cutting out sugar, anything white( potatoes, rice, bread) and beer is a kiiler.

Since that';s most likely fat (not a jug of beer ;) j/k ) you need to use it to get rid of it- which means anything aerobic, cardio, especially things that involve twisting, throwing, kicking, etc... DO NOT do sit ups only, as sit ups build muscle, but don't use up the fat. It's like trying to get rid of thunder thighs by doing squats.. ain't gonna happen. So try anything that makes you move- especially stuff like boxing, martial arts....

jog on the treadmill at 4 mph for 25 minutes or at 7 mph for 9 minutes

do crunches and leg lifts (by laying down on the floor and lifting ur legs)... do dats like 50 each every nite & in a month ull have a flat stomach

crunches are good but you have to do cardio exercises at least 3 times a week or the crunches wont do anything for you

try a pasta less spaghetti by mixing shredded zucchini veggie meatballs and raw tomato sauce seasoned with a dash of zesty oregano
