You know where you exchange 2 bowls of cereal for 2 meals a day. For 2 weeks and your supposed to lose an inch off your waist. Does it work?

I am a bit overweighed and i want to take diet supplements bought a product and I also read the label and know all the consequences...! I want to use it to achieve the size that i want to become...faster but i am afraid of my health! I also have noninsulin-dependent diabetes which is the pre-stage of diabetes....but i want to lose weight because i feel too bad about myself! I am already on a diet but it’s really hard for me to lose the weight that i want to lose!!!Do u have personal experience with diet supplements or have any knowledge of the matter please advice me because i don't want to do anything stupid!

i have been trying hard to work on my tummy particularly the lower part but no success.i have tried exercises and keeping srictly to diets yet nothing!!what other alternative(s) do i have becos sometimes i love to wear clothes that are really smug and figure hugging but i am always embarassed becos of the pouch in the lower part of my abdomen.i have also tried some cosmetic creams for tummy firming yet no result. for your information, i have not started having babies.please help!!!!!!!

i heard if u sit n a sauna 4a hr, u can lose like 5lbs,i dnt have1.would a bathroom w/hot shower runnin work?i dont even know where to go to get n a sauna....well a clean one bc public ones r kinda nasty.and does any1 know a good weight loss SUPPLEMENT not PILL bc i dont want to take drugs! just a SUPPLEMENT

I do not enjoy gym and I am struggling to maintain or steadily improve a health and fitness regime. Sometime all I can manage is a slow and gentle 30 min walk on the treadmill. I know this is in my best interest for optimal health, but it's such a drag. Is doing a little better that doing nothing?

how much can you lose weight if you only ate one celery a day and you fasted for 10 days, i got 56 day left til a big event, soooo, just to say , what if i water fast for 10 day and ate one medium size celery a day ( five cals, actually burns more when digested) and dont give me that health crap, cuz i dont want to here that ****, so please just tell me how much do you think i lose.... 56 days people. thank you for the time
