I haven't been for a while but last year I went every few weeks. I did feel a lot better. I didn't like the liver flushes and other than the first one, they didn't do much except cost more than I could afford. But the regular 1 hour treatment worked extremely well. I felt very light and open.

I wondered about this myself. We supposedly have pounds of old gunk in our colons!! Very toxic! I have heard that you need to go to someone reputable. Maybe a gastro doc would know or if you call an office, someone there can lead you in the right direction.

yes. i do it in the morning and at night. i find i like honey in my evening enema.
