If you can only workout once for the day, then "Morning"is the way to go.You didn't indicate what your goal is...lose weight, trim up,cardio, etc.Assuming you aren't obese and in condition at least a little bit, you'll burn more fat and calories and find you'll get results faster hitting it straight away after wake up and a little stretching.Running a few miles (at least one),then some laps in a pool,4or5 times a week, for at least 35 minutes(don't forget to keep walking at the end to cool down...fat is still burning)longer if possible. Some push-ups and crunches...you're buff by labor-day weekend.NO ALCOHOL OR JUNK FOOD UNTIL THEN! MORNING WORKOUTS RULE!

You have to go by your schedule. I'm not a morning person and it takes me awhile to get moving. Though they say it is better to work out in the morning because it gives you energy. But I say go by your schedule. If you are better in the evening than go in the evening because it lessens the chance you'll skip a work out.

It is better to exercise in the morning; you're body is waking up and is getting a kick start, plus with the stove so heated, it will efficiently burn more. If you are really a late sleeper, try not to exercise later than 15h00, after then, allow your body to relax and go in sleep mode!

Depends on how you feel. For me, when I was younger running in the cool morning felt the best. But as I grew older, when I wake up my muscles are tighter and a day of doing normal things seems to help loosen them up for a work out in the evening.
But really the toughest thing is to keep up a regular work out. So it is probably best to work out at different times to keep things interesting. And it is always good to get a work out buddy to help keep it up.

Confused is correct. The "THEY" people said it's best in the morning because it raises your metabolism and keeps it up all day. Whereas, when you work out later in the day, it will boost your metabolism; however, it's only up for a short period of time before you go to be.
The most important thing is to workout.

Hi, Actualy any time is ok. Only that your stamoch needs to be empty. So do your exec atleast three hours after food. Also I have found out that some persons are early risers. they feel better by exec in morning. (their body temp increases early)
Most importent, do it as regular as possible.
Wish you best luck

As long as its not within 3-4 hours before you go to bed it doesn't matter. Whatever your preference is.
