i'm counting my calories

There's no difference between a brown egg and a white one. Calories are determined by size of the egg. On the website below, a large egg (1.8 oz) has 74 calories. If you had a size different than large, you can get the calories for the other sizes as well. I used large because I believe that's the most common size purchased.

The same as in a white egg...
The color doesn't make a difference.
I went on a diet one time and was able to lose 20lbs. in 2 wks. and keep it off!
All I ate was eggs! ...I would pickle them, but you can eat them as you like. If you fry them then use a non-stick spray;as there aren't any calories in these sprays!
I only drank grapefruit juice & 1 glass of milk a day.
I would snack on grapefruits.
But I did cheat twice and ate a little meat w/rice.
The only exercise I got was working at a convience store at night, (I did alot of stocking).
But I didn't exercise outside of this other then my normal household chores.

the same as in any egg whatever the colour,depends on how you cook it and its size
