Even if you lost that weight, it will get replaced again in very short time. All you are losing is water from your body, and your body will naturally replace it. Do not take anything like weight loss supplements. If they really worked for good, why are they charging so much for them? Shouldn't they be giving them out if they are so good for people? Of course not, they are out to make money and they'll do that off of people like you who think those actually help.
Just do exercise, eat healthy, and consume fewer calories than you burn in a day. It is that easy and cheap.

You don't really lose WEIGHT. You lose water. Which you will gain back as soon as you replace fluids. which you will because you will be dehydrated. Sitting in hot shower...or in the vicinty will not do the same.

Slim-fast is a good supplement, so is trimspa. Just follow the directions to a T.

Oh yeah, sauna's aren't nearly as nasty as you think. Most are probably cleaner than your bathroom.
BTW where are you from.....I had a friend named Niecy....about 15 years ago in NM.

well for me it works, i have a small bathroom, close the door and windows and if there is space under ur door put a towel there. Sint on the toilet sit, turn on only the hot water and let it run. And you have a home made sauna, but an hour is too much you wont be able to last that much. And Creatine speads up you metabolism and also increases your stamina during your workouts.

you can lose weight in a sauna - but mainly from dehydration. the weight you lose will go back on over a few hours as your body restores its natural fluid level.

the only way to achieve lasting weight loss is to reduce bodyfat by burning more calories than you consume. this means exercising more and eating less.

if there were an easier way of losing weight someone would already be a multi-milliionaire off the back of it.

people who sit in saunas are losing water weight from sweat, they will just gain it right back when they drink anything

those 5 lbs you supposedly lose is all water weight. You'll just gain it back after drinking fluids which you need after something like that
