egg yolks also contain saturated fats or what we commonly call the bad kind...when you cook it is best to eat only the egg whites when u boil it and remove the yolk when u fry it...the egg yolk, however contain more than half the protein content of the eggs so it doesn't hurt to eat them once in a while

I hate them because they taste funny. I think cholesterol is the only reason everyone else does. As far as I know, they're carb-free.

Not everyone dislikes egg yolks..... They are not bad for you and no carbs........... A low carb dieters best friend!
