i have been trying hard to work on my tummy particularly the lower part but no success.i have tried exercises and keeping srictly to diets yet nothing!!what other alternative(s) do i have becos sometimes i love to wear clothes that are really smug and figure hugging but i am always embarassed becos of the pouch in the lower part of my abdomen.i have also tried some cosmetic creams for tummy firming yet no result. for your information, i have not started having babies.please help!!!!!!!

sit-ups and crunches...over and over and over again

U can burn fat only by means of cardio exercises. All those diets & crunches are going to be useless if u don't have a regular cardio workout... So run, cycle, jog or swim regularly, in addition to doing the regular lower ab exercises, & sticking to ur diet- it's the way to go.& don't forget to drink loads of water. All the best!!!

Get a dvd of a Pilates workout. That will help strengthen your core.
