Sorry, that's not going to happen. 20 lbs in 1 week wouldn't happen even if you completely stopped eating, and you can't target lose (lose weight in a particular area). Start exercising (and hour a day would be good, work up to at least that) though and you'll burn more calories...crunches and tummy-targeting exercises will help tighten those muscles. Eat sensibly and keep your calories between 1200 and 1500 a day and you should see results, but don't have higher than realistic expectations. Something that vibrates is going to do nothing for your weight, those old gimmicks are just a way to take your money.

Dont try to loose weight by short food only, Go a lab and test thyroid, The doctor will give medicine to change thyroid and body metabolism ratio, U can easily reduce fat from your stomach, the main thing is the body figure, try to make it beautiful, aist mustbe 10 inches small n breasts 10 inches bigger then waist, Is the best ratio between body, Only weight is not a problem
