Ok, the healthiest weights can be found here by calculatin your BMI or Body Mass Index. This will let you know if you are at a healthy weight. I plugged in weights and found that 115 to 149 are healthy weights.

The "best" weight should be what makes you comfortable. Different variables that you should consider is your preference of either being very slim or muscular and your body composition. For instance, I am working with a trainer and she determined my lean muscle mass to be 152 pounds. That's more than some people weigh with fat included. At first I was upset but I have decided to embrace what I was born with. So, a goal weight for me is about 175 pounds. That may sound like alot; but for me it equates strength and a toned body. I suggest meeting with a trainer or nutritionist to determine what is best for you. Good luck!

It depends on your bone structure (your frame), and whether the weight is muscle or fat. That's why the numbers vary. Your doctor, who can actually meet with you and assess your fitness level can give you the best weight for your body.

someone once told me a good way to ballpark it would be to start at 100 pounds and add 5 more for every inch over 5 feet. so that'd put you at 125.
of course, that doesn't take build into account.

125 But, it all depends on body fat %... And it also depends on where that fat is... if it's around the belly, it's a little unhealthier. If it's in the breasts or buttocks, it's a little bit better. You can be 135, but if it's muscle, then more power to you. Muscle weighs more than fat.
