its according to how much you weigh and how often you gain it but a good possible solution would be a 1 meal a day diet between 2 and 5 so you will be full when you go to sleep and I suggest cut down the calories on your meals.PS you must keep yourself busy from eating untill that meal.

You are going to have to stick close to your diet, Eat 5 small meals a day, do at least 45 minutes of cardio a day, cut out sugar and salt. Eat veggies, meat, beard etc. Avoid diet soft drink; the salt in the drinks makes it hard to burn the fat off. Don't skip meals because your body will automatically think you are starving and when you return to normal eating habits you'll put the weight on and than some. It's best to learn to eat healthy now.

I have never had a problem with weight, but my best experience with weight loss is only eat when you feel hungry and in medium portions. I eat icecream every night and i don't gain weight but it is because i only eat a small portion when i do eat it. I hope some of this helps this is the only way i know of. If you go on diets it seems like people just gain the weight back and then some.

The key is to lose it HEALTH.....I would strongly suggest finding out what your BMI is....It is a numerical value that gives you a good indication of where you stand with your body fat, etc. Here is a website with a BMI calculator (I only share this because you dont want to get too thin) http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

To the point... The BEST way to take off pounds, look hot, feel hot, and keep the pounds off.. is to eat sensibly and do aerobic exercise (jogging, biking, swimming) with a little toning every other day or so (pushups, situps) ... If you run, do pushups, situps and eat right....within a month or two you will have a smokin body and you will FEEL it.....

Well a healthy way that I have personally used is POWER 90. I know it seems like the infomercial is fake but it really does work. And it's healthy you get to eat what you want but you'll learn how to eat. meaning portion sizes which is key. And the exercises tape at the 1st level is only 30mins. My mom and my grandma have even done it with me. Whatever you do please be safe and healthy. Stay away from diet pills. You can get caffeine poisoning as well as gaining more weight once you get off them

The category itself gives you half of your answer - fitness! Exercise! Try controlling the amount of sweets you take in, especially soda type drinks. Also, limit how much bread you take - salad is a no-brainer, chicken and fish is good, but it should be cooked with minimal oil. Stay away from red meat for a while - don't go to taco bell, wendy's or those other places. Bummer, I know!
