I been feeling very low with no energy in my body. My diet isn't great but I wondered if eating certain foods might help me feel not so drained. Also is there any food that helps with depression and axiety? I know eggs can help with depression. I way 98 pounds and 5'5 tall. My wieght is a bit shocking but I burn calories very quickly. It runs in the family my dad used to be very thin. Same with my brother 126 pounds and being 5'8.

only 500 calories a day and 1 hour of exersize a day. eat dairy, veges, and fruit the most. i do that and i am 4'1 and weigh 62 pounds.

Has info on fasting if your lack of energy is you being overloaded with toxins which also deals with depression. Most of the info on fasting on that site comes from a psychiatrist. But most important you need to get plenty of high quality sleep for energy and mental health. Mariah Carey had a nervous breakdown due to lack of sleep.

I use the slim fast shakes and snack bars, they are packed full of vitamins and it gives me alot of energy. I do a shake for breakfast and for lunch, sometimes i will have a snack bar in the mid morning. But at night before 6:00 (I don't eat after that time) I have a meat, vegetable, a slice of whole grain bread. I seem to do really well with this diet plan.

i think u should go on a high protein diet. be sure to drink high protein shakes throughout the day and try walking for 30mins with upbeat music to help with stress and depression.
