i've been working out for an hour a day for 3 weeks and eating better and i'm afraid to wiegh myself, i don't want to be dissapointed.

I started doing circuit strength training in May and I noticed a difference after just two weeks. I did not "weigh" less at that time because I was gaining muscle as rapidly as I was loosing fat. What I noticed was that my old pants fit comfortably again.

After seven weeks I weigh 8 pounds less - I just didn't notice any difference on the scales until after the second week.

If you are burning 500 calories more than you are eating on a daily basis you will lose 1 lb per week
1000 less = 2 lbs per week

you shhould feel it and look it in 1 week

I lost weight the first week. I'd say you should be ok to weigh yourself now. As long as you really have been doing all the right things and not cheating I'm sure you've lost weight.

Ignore about seeing results.just focus on getting a good workout each day,and then results will come.
