If you find yourself eating something a lot more lately it’s true that your body is just looking to get something that can be found in it (your case nectarines).

Remember the food pyramid it says eat at least 4 pieces a fruit a day, so I doubt that eating a few can be bad for you.

As for the last question I don't know. Hope I was able to help some.

It is just fine! I eat probably 5-7 apples a day!!! Also all kinds of vegetables, and a lot of fruits! A LOT OF FRUITS!!!! Before, I thought that I eat way too much of them...I thought that it can make me gain some weight, but after some time i recognized that fruits don't change my athletic figure. Some fruits & vigitables oftentimes can help to lose some weight. It is because of fact that it takes body more calories to digest them, then actually there is in a fruit or vegetable. Therefore eat as many as you want!

There is some natural sugar in any fruit - but there's more juice in nectarines, they probably have no more natural sugar than oranges. It's probable okay to eat a couple a day - the same as it would be to eat a couple of apples, oranges, bananas, or grapes, etc. All fruits have something positive in them, why else would they be on a nutrition pyramid - you know, dairy products, breads, meats, fruits, etc, etc.

I think it's good to eat fruit when in season, so it's good and fine to eat a couple a day. As long as your also not drinking a lot of juices and sodas. Just do worry, your body knows what it needs and I applaud you for being sensitive enough to listen.

YUM! Nectarines are good =] its okay to eat a couple a day, just don't go overboard, I think your body just craves it because the sugar makes you want even more, but it's not bad sugar!

Your body is probably wanting more vitamin C so eat away! You can't overdose on nectarines!

You should probably ask your doctor if you are very concerned about it. It's better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully you will be just fine. Anyway, it's good to have fruits and veggies everyday.

necterines are gross. i try to keep as much natural food out of my diet as possible. i stick to mainly processed foods. its the safe way to go. if i do eat any fruits or veggies, they are cooked... and by cooked, i mean deep fried.
