I have a friend who took diet pills when we were teenagers and she completely messed up her metabolism. Now her metabolism is really slow and she tends to gain weight more easily than ever. There are really healthy, safe ways to get in shape and stay that way for life. Try talking to a doctor or nutritionist about your options before you go with pills.

Diet pills are bad for you at this age. Your body is still developing, and this could possibly result in the following: a) your hormones being thrown out of whack , b) chemical imbalances, c) stop your growth and development, and finally d)undesired physical changes. Now save yourself time and effort and countless medical bills and just diet and exercise. Go to a dietitian if need be and not a physical trainer. Just be active!
