Cardio workout are really good. Buy a video, and some weights (5 pound or so, however is more appealing to you), and try it. The video tells you how many calories and how much strength you are getting based on how long you do it. It is fast and easy. For your calves, running is a good exercise. I am fit and I have tried this. It works.

Guys will probably need more than five-pounders to get definition in the shoulders. But abs are easy to do with small weights. You can do simple or twisting situps holding a weight in front of you for extra resistance.

This slide show shows a good variety.

Walk fast with your weights, alternate over the shoulder lifts, curls and back arm presses. Stand with them and do tippy toes several sets too.

Well you could do step aerobics with a box or a stair step, crunches, pull ups (doorways), push ups, and a whole bunch of other things, maybe instead of weights you could lift soup cans ;)

Work as a stocker for a warehouse or grocery store. Plus you get paid 8 hours to do it.
