As an owner of all 14 TJ videos NO. But in some of the Cardio Party workouts I have burned almost 600 calories in an hour and that was using a heart rate monitor to give me that. So depending on your weight you could POSSIBLY burn more but on the other hand burn less. TJ is a great workout and I don't know why they say that in the infomerciall because on beachbody.com/turbojam it states up to 700 calories per hour.

That's relatively viable. That is 500 energy an hour. Assess my source and spot a entire list of pursuits on the way to burn more than 500 calories an hour. However are you able to do them for 2 hours? You may not be fit adequate for that. Rather than provide your self a heart attack, be glad with 800 calories burned.

absolutely
nonstop 5 on 5 game-speed basketball burns 1200 an hour

but most people don't play 5 on 5 bball for an hour straight--but some do

if you set the incline on a treadmill to a high number and run 6mph, you can burn 950 cal in an hour if you run for an entire hour...

it's quite strenuous

No. If you take a spinning class for 45 minutes, it's entirely possible to burn 500-600 calories.

YES, if you could do that activity for that long, it IS possible, just in Sweat would be a lot.

If, for example, you were biking, :)

Bicycling: > 20 mph, racing, not drafting- you could burn 352 calories in 10 mins.

Running: cross-country 198
Running: stairs, up 330

there is no way that is possible...they need some math skills. Maybe they thought of it as such: If you have more muscle, your calories and fat and everything you eat just go straight to your muscles and are used, which is why fit people STAY fit more easily, and can eat a bit more freely. Well maybe they were calculating it like a fit person burning calories as opposed to a fat person....then multiplied it by five lol

it truly is rather plausible. it really is 500 energy an hour. examine my source and note an finished record of activities which will burn more effective than 500 energy an hour. yet are you able to do them for 2 hours? you need to no longer be fit sufficient for that. particularly than provide your self a coronary heart attack, be happy with 800 energy burned.

Of course you can. I burned 800 in 45 minutes just today. You just have to push yourself to do strenuous workout routines. Good luck!
