You should aim for a body mass index between 18.5 and 24.9. THE BMI is a special formula used to determine how much of your body is fat and muscle. If you are really muscular then this formula does not work.
If you are not very muscular then at 5'6 anywhere form 118-148 pounds is considered normal.
If you are slightly over or under there is no need for concern.

check your BMI with a BMI calculator--
you can search for that on google
muscle weighs much more than fat--so a lean and muscular person would weigh more than someone who looks the same size but has more fat
so its hard to answer your question--there are ranges of fitness levels and body fat percentages--but make sure you check your BMI and you can find a relative reference point

120 to 140 lbs, and when I think about it more, its not the size that matters, but the size of the heart that matters most.

I really dont think there is any specific weight for a girl. i just feel that a girl is perfect the way she is.

the propere wieght is suppose to be 100lbs for the first 5ft and 5lbs for every inch after that
