Hey, the opinion of people on YA isn't what matters; the opinion that counts is yours. If you feel that you're overweight, then try to do something about it. If you're happy with your body, then don't worry about it. Also, the way your pounds are distributed over body makes a difference, too.
However, since you are so young, you're at the perfect age to start cultivating healthy habits... do you eat right? Do you exercise? If I had known at 12 what I know now, maybe I would have done things differently.
Below is a link for a height and weight chart for people your age. Take a look at it, talk to your parents or a concerned adult, and go from there.
Take care of your body--you'll be glad you did! :) Good luck!

According to the CDC..you are not overweight but at risk of becoming so.
"Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 22.3, placing the BMI-for-age at the 87th percentile for girls aged 12 years, 1 Month. This child is at risk of becoming overweight.
Although not overweight right now, this child has the potential for becoming overweight so prevention of excess weight gain is important. Children and teens should NOT be placed on a weight reduction diet without the consultation of a healthcare provider."

You are still growing, so a BMI chart won't be accurate, but do your parent take you to the pediatrician? He has this charts of IDEAL height and weight for girls your age, you can ask him. I say ideal, because some children have more lean muscle mass, that weighs more than fat, and takes less space. Do you feel uncomfortable with yourself? If so, try doing more sports, which will make you healthier and grow up better.

Nope. You may still be growing. If you are worrying about it, just make sure to eat 3-4 oz of protein each meal and have protein with all your snacks. Nuts, almonds or peanuts also help.

I'm 5'4" and weight 139. I'm not even fat! What is wrong with you? You would be overweight at like 160 at your height.
