I like eating Ramon Noodles without the seasoning but lots of hot sauce. How many grams of fat do just the noodles have?

Near zero, but be careful, almost no nutritional value. Try adding some slightly cooked Asian vegetables to them and go light on the hot sauce, your colon will thank you.

I am a personal chef and I can tell you that the calories are in the noodles and all the sodium is in the packet. 1 package has like 3 and a half times daily value sodium.
