I don't have the time to prepare meals, & I need a good bit of protein to support my muscle growth, so just how healthy is KFC if I pick the skin off? Also, if anyone could get me nutrition info, that'd be great too. I looked on KFC's site but didn't find it. Thanks!

the skin is fatty so that helps, but sorry to burst ur bubble KFC is bad its all deep fried so its still really greasy aka bad for ya. Try like McDonalds Grilled Chicken Salad or the Grilled chicken sandwich.

Anything that is fried is not good for you due to the grease and oil. But by taking the skin if will make it much better. If I get fried chicken I normally take the skin off. There probably isn't any for KFC, since there food is fried and greasy.

Fried chicken or anything else fried really isn't beneficial to one's health. But if you have to eat fried chicken, eat white meat not dark and do not eat the skin. Absorb excess grease with a napkin or paper towel.

Skinless is the only way I will eat my chicken. KFC is so darned expensive, though. You do safe a great deal of fat and calories by taking the skin off.
