Ok, I was looking through these answers and I am going to offer a scientific answer...I am a graduate student in biology.
No matter what you eat, what combination you eat foods in, or what time of day you eat, the bottom line is the number of calories you eat minus the number of calories you burn results in your weight. So, if you want to lose weight, there are two main things you can work on...the number of calories you burn every day (through things such as exercise) and the number of calories you eat every day.
In terms of the watermelon, it is a very low calorie food and is great as a snack for people on a diet. It's tasty, it's sweet, and it's harmless. However, it doesn't really offer much nutrition.
The fritos are yummy...but they don't offer any nutrition either. Also, in terms of snack foods, fritos are one of the highest in terms of fat contents, not to mention artificial ingredients and preservatives.
If you truly want to lose weight, and to see healthy results, you need to create a balanced diet for yourself. As a rule, you need to eat a good mix of every food group (starches, meats, dairy, fat, and fruits and veggies). If you want to lose weight, definitely incoporate watermelon into your diet. BUT..don't use it in place of meat and dairy. You need these items to get all your vitamins. Also, losing weight doesn't mean you need eliminate junk food from your diet...just eat less!

Like the question! Fritos will make you fat if you eat a lot on a regular basis. Try not to consume too much watermelon on a regular basis either as it has natural sugars which can add a few pounds.
But for this dinner, eat up, live it up, and enjoy!

Watermelon is just water, you will pee it out. No weight from that. The fritos may help but not just a little you would have to eat alot of fattening foods to do so, it also depends on the person, do you gain weight easily? I could live on them and not gain an ounce.

What are you doing to yourself. You can and have to eat so much a day or you will get fat or lose weight, depending on your base metabolism. Just eat 6 times a day in small amount and eat first thing in the morning and think of food as gas for your body not for fun. O don't forget to walk 15 to 30 Min's a day for balance. Have a good long life and don't forget to live free.

depends on if you are exercising if u loose more calories then you take in then no but if you take in more calories then you loose then you are going to gain weight. Chips are high in fat even though you eat a half of watermelon but the chips are salty. Do you eat anything else if not you need to talk to a Dr before trying a diet like that

Watermelon. OKay... Forget the Fritos, full of Salt, and will retain fluid, you will bloat up and feel miseable for a while... Wartermelon Okay,,, forget the salty foods.. Good Luck...

Watermelon has little to no calories.
Fritos....made from CORN.
And we ALL know what alot of corn does to you.
Nah......watermelon in...watermelon out.
Fritos in.......Fritos out.
And all the trips to the bathroom....plenty of exercise!

Probably they'll cancel each other out. Watermelon is a low-cal food and Fritos are high-cal.
