Run for 20 minutes every second day? (I need a break in between so I don't stress out my leg muscles..)

Does anyone know if this will help me?

Who can make me the healthiest food plan ex
8:00am - eat bannana and glass ojuice
10:00am - small snack example crackers
12 pm - small furit
3:30pm - small snack fruit
4;00 2 km run
and so on try and add some fitness into it

I run all the time and I know to warm up and cool down which includes stretching. After my warm up I always stretch my arms but this doesn't seem to stop my shoulders from getting tight and cramping up. It slows down my running and it's a pretty big pain in the butt... well shoulders lol any suggestions on how to make it stop?

Ok so I exercise and diet 5 days a week. The other 2 days I usually continue to eat well, however I'm known to put down a few drinks on the weekends (extra calories). So which would be most effective for dropping a few pounds, exercising (cardio) during the week as I've been doing now? Or should I switch it so I'm doing cardio on the days I take on extra calories? A little damage control if you will. Let me know what you think, and exercising 7 days a week and not drinking are not options right now. All work and no play makes me CRAZY

Literally, not even one. What are some exercises that I can do at home to gain strength in my abs....and then hopefully lose some of the weight in there.

I'm also always starving. I eat every 3 hours or so....not large meals, but small meals or snacks.
