Ah, the most common question on yahoo answers.♥ Well, i'm not going to lie to you and just tell you to exercise because that is probably the slowest way to lose weight but it definitely helps. You need to go on a crash diet. In other words don't eat anything all day, drink water, and exercise.

Quit drinking pop beer, workout for 30 min every other day
I drink water mostly, but if I need a buzz I will drink shots of seagrams and chase them with diet sprite, I lost 25 Lbs the first 30 days

Cut calories and exercise regularly (at least 3 times a week).
That's the healthiest way.
Just in case you were thinking of not eating at all, that isn't good for your body, and your metabolism will change eventually, so it won't work for very long, if at all.

Eat less, NOPE. When you fast you body sees this as a threat to its survival and goes into storage mode where it begins putting calories into fat in order to store them for future episodes of lack of food. Eat normally and exercise, the calories get burned up for energy in the activity.

well, don't starve your self, just eat plenty of fruts and vegetables and eat less meat. then if you have any pets go take a walk with them or just go by your self. and go to the gym every other day and make sure not 2 serve your self alot of ranch dressing and try other stuff!

don't eat! until you lose the weight you want to lose.
Fat people eat more food than they need.
this works for me eat a small health snack an half hour before you eat a meal. eat just enough to "spoil" your appetite.
