My girlfriend likes to work out right in the morning before she eats anything, but I always thought you needed some energy (food) before you work out. Which is better?

I'm about 112lb overweight (I know, it's horrible) and i'm working on losing it. I don't have too much problem with dieting - I know what's good food and what's bad food, portion sizes etc but I do have trouble exercising. I don't have the confidence to go to the gym or any classes - I just end up freaking out and not gathering the courange to even walk in. I've tried those work-out video's but I get SO bored! I do weights and i've tried aerobic activity etc, but I really do just get bored and impatient - I have ADHD and it's just too time-consuming. I generally just end up dancing about to music because it's the only thing that feels like any fun! I am aware it's not much of a calorie-burner though. What can I do to burn up some energy and help me lose a bit of weight?

Nutritionists are recommending that we all add more whole grains to our diet. Manufacturers try to mislead us all the time. Are these new whole grain breads better than wheat and rye?

I weight train a lot, and train hard. But I'm not STACKED. I have two months where I have nothing to do but train. Let me know how I can get massive and ripped.

Hi there, im 17 at the moment and im allready 6' 9" (206cm). My problem is that I only weigh 10 and a half stone (67kg) after being hospitalised for a week due to a second pneumothorax. I know I am clinically underweight and my physician knows too. He started me on a course of build up drinks, but none of them have worked to date. I am not the type of person to skip meals and I allways have an average portion. My metabolism rate must be sky high!

Anything I can do?
