I would say boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or broiled fish.

Anything with soy in it is a great source of protein.

If you can't tolerate soy products, try skinless chicken (the white meat only!)

eating fish is better since it content more protein and lees fat than meat and you should also eat a lot of fruits.

Take "Protinex", preferably with chocalate flavour. Others will be "Threptin" biscuits, cashew nuts, Soya etc.

the white portion of boiled egg is high in protien. not the yellow part its high in fats so dont eat that one
