I weight train a lot, and train hard. But I'm not STACKED. I have two months where I have nothing to do but train. Let me know how I can get massive and ripped.

Lots of protein, little fat in your diet. I don't know if 8 weeks isn't too short a time to get massive, but you should see some progress

I'd love to know the answer to this question as well. I have been lifting for 5 months and really feel like I have nothing to show for it. I'd be content to make slow steady gains, but I think by the end of summer it should be obvious that I'm in shape.

Here's some things I haven't done latley, but conventional wisdom says it will work:
1. Do several (like 5) sets.
2. Understand your body type and how best to train it.
3. Start with a warm-up set, then add weight each set, even if it's only 2.5 on each side of the bar.
4. At the end of a set, start stripping weights then continue lifting until you fail again, then strip more weight and lift again. To do this, you should start with a bar with many small plates on it instead of few big plates.
5. If you lift and run, you should get pretty cut up.
6. Monitor your progress and make sure that you make gains over time. Measure your arms and legs and chest, weigh yourself, and keep track of how much you lift and what weight you used. It should all steadily increase.
7. Watch what you eat. You want calories, but they need to be quality calories.
8. If you find yourself with tons of time, do a leg/back workout in the mornings, rest, then do a chest/arm workout in the afternoons. That way, you always work out as hard as you can.
9. Train muscles in pairs. If you want big arms, do curls but also do tricep work (extensions or cable push-downs). Otherwise, your arms will only realize ABOUT HALF of their potential!

I just wish that the things that worked back at age 20 still worked as well these days. Hmph.

Eat lots of carbs and protein. Keep the fat intake down. Train a lot. Sleep well. You could try loading on creatine for a 6 week period, but make sure you drink lots of fluids.

I like rockandroll5's answer. I do not think you can do what you want in just a few weeks.
