It depends on what your eating the rest of the day. If you eat a quarter bowl of cereal and then have an ice cream sunday after lunch then its not really goin to matter how much cereal you ate. However, if all your eating in a day is a quater bowl of cereal you'll lose weight very quickly. You also won't be getting proper nutrition and your body will think its starving. Once you lose the weight you want to and start eating normally you will gain all of that weight back very quickly and probably weigh more then when you began.

Well, I think that you have correctly identified the first step towards losing weight- more specifically, cutting moderately your meals (and thus the total daily intake of calories). Eating a quarter (instead of a full) a bowl of cereal with semi-skimmed milk may make you lose weight in the *long-run* (so don't despair if you see that in one or two weeks you haven't achieved the wanted result). Carry on in the same spirit with all your other meals throughout the day and combine them with some activities and soon you'll find out that you have shed a couple of kilos.
Wish you the best of luck and much patience.

Maybe. If the quarter bowl of cereal holds you over until lunch time. If you find that you are starving an hour later then it is not helping. You should eat a full breakfast in the morning, because you might not even be hungry for lunch. Eating little or nothing in the morning is not going to help you lose weight. It will probably make you gain weight due to snacking during the day.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

probably, But you need to make sure you are eating as much as you want. Do eat only like 1 pizza slice or half of it for the WHOLE DAY!! But if you want to lose wheight, it doesnt mean you have to give you junk, you can just take a walk or something, like excrise for 15-30 a couple days a week! This Should Really Help!
Hope I Helped!

I have a different view to everyone else. When you diet it is much better to eat small healthy portions every few hours: for instance an apple ever 2-3 hours. as this will encourage your body to burn off fat. If you only eat a tiny meal a day your body will cling on to the fat that that meal contains, burning it slower than if you were eating regularly.

Just add in 30 minutes of walking every day. Cut your normal calories by 500 calories a day and you should be able to lose weight.

It relies upon how a lot of it you consume. If the calorie count selection is in and around 1500 or much less then maximum in all probability you will drop pounds in spite of the undeniable fact that that is an exceedingly risky and boring thank you to circulate approximately it
