Nutritionists are recommending that we all add more whole grains to our diet. Manufacturers try to mislead us all the time. Are these new whole grain breads better than wheat and rye?

Look for 3 grams of fiber at least in any bread. "Matthews" is the only bread with no sugar and trans fats. That's what I eat.
