i have got a movie offer and i look pretty good.i want to look gorgeous on the screen.what juices should i drink for that and what all will help me for that?also tell me abt the do's and donts regarding eating habit

Water, water, water. Plain and simple. It's the best thing you can do for your skin. Hydrated skin looks fabulous and fresh. Eating habits treally depend on you. Are you trying to lose weight? Just tone up? Maintain a good thing? Stay away from processed, packaged foods. Lots of fresh veggies and fruit, baked chicken and fish, and at least 30 minutes a day of exercise will do wonders for anyone.

Okay, water is the best for your skin because it keeps it moisturized from the inside out. Pom Juice (you can get it in the fruit/veggie section of most grochery stores) is also really good for your complection and basic health. Eat balanced, our moms didn't tell us that green veggies were good for our skin for no reason. Stay away from oily and fatty foods. If you have the money (usually around $50) a nutritionist can check your blood for what you are missing in your diet. Remember that every cup of coffee that you drink needs to be followed by two cups of water to keep from being dehydrated. Overall, get enough sleep and drink enough water. Good luck in your movie :)

Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. It will bring out the radiance in your skin and make it glow.

Dont eat oily stuff.

Purified water. Tap water can contain nasty things like fluride and chlorine - also hormones from the contraceptive pill.

may sound funny or odd but this is sooo true....its just plain old WATER,,,and plenty of it.it helps to aid in burning calories,,helps the stomach digest food and ,,here it is,,,it hydrates your body ,,odd huh? when your body is hydrated,,your skin is hydrated and looks softer. you'll have less wrinkles when you're older too because the water hydrates from the inside...awesome huh? and cheap !!!

take spinac juice mixed with asfoetida[ hing powder] , 1/2 cup, three times a day, preferably after food.
take par boiled rice, wheat meal bread,butter milk, less ghee, wheat rotis, tuar and udad dal cooked in liquid form,
eat apple, banana, dates, almonds,
before bath apply olive or almond oil and then use soft soap during bath.
after bath use any moisturiser, cold creams during winter
