easy! eat a lot of gain weight quickly protein bars, you can find them in health stores or through the internet. also lift weights and go to your local gym. or just eat a lot of food all the time.

hopefully you want to gain muscle mass, not fat, right?
increase your protein and carb intake. Try to minimize the fat. Work on weight lifting, and you may want to include protein shakes - those usually have the fastest effect - but unless you work out with them, it will just be fat. As far as the work out - do lots of sets, with few reps in each. this helps bulk up the muscle group. A personal trainer in your local gym could also give you additional advice. : )

My brother drinks something called Muscle Milk - it has tons of calories in it, you can buy it at a health food store. If I were you, though, I would go to a nutritionist and ask his/her opinion. Some people have active metabolisms that just won't allow them to gain overnight.

Go week by week. You must stretch out your stomach slowly with super healthy food. A fortified chocolate shake a day isn't all bad...add an egg to it.
The next week add more or larger size it.
Keep working out as well...you'll increase muscle.
