I´m 5´tall (1,50cm) and weight 121 pounds (55 kilos) I want to get to 110 pounds (50 kilos) but it seems impossible, no matter what I do, I lost around 5 punds very fast but now I´m stuck here, what can I do? I´m on a diet, I do some exercises.

I dont eat much, 3 times a day and very little, I already changed all my food, I´ve doing this for a month, no more sugar, no more carbs and a lot of water!

If your watching tv. walk in place!
But you're NOT over weight.....just so you know...stop looking at
Magazines. Models'll kill yah! 110---too skinny....not good!

Well, first off, you aren't fat. However, when dieting your body reaches plateaus. Change up the foods you eat and do different kinds of exercise. That should help. Sometimes people stay stuck at a weight for a few months then it is like they wake up one day and it just starts dropping again very quickly. Good Luck!

You need to eat healthy and keep up your metabolism. I would suggest eating 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks. Snacks like, apples, grapes, or even 100 calorie pack. Keep it simple during meals, grilled chicken, veggies, etc. Cut out all dressings, and limit the bread/pasta intake. Work out 30 minutes vigorous cardio a day and you will see results. You have to be strict with yourself. No cheating (not even on weekends! :) )

It depends on what exactly you do physically
Running or jogging really works your whole body, that why its a slow form of weight loss. but it also depends on your body fat percentage. because if the 11 pounds your trying to lose is not fat then your weight would pretty much stay where its a t now

diets dont work, you have to change your lifestyle... eat six small meals everyday,,, take the stairs, walk where you can etc
