Regular exercise will help boost your metabolism. And by regular I mean pretty much 7 days a week. Moderate exercise of approximately 30 minutes a day should do the trick. But, don't expect instant results, it will take some time for your body to adjust. But, before you know it, you will be on your way!

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Exercise and plenty of water : )
