There's lots of exercises you can do at home. I do 100 crunches every night before i get a shower and that really targets my abdomen. There's all kinds of machines you can buy either at the store or on tv, ex.- the ab roller. Your diet helps out alot. Watch your calorie intake, smaller portion sizes, better foods. Even taking a flight of stairs instead of the elevator.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Run around your neighborhood if it's safe. Do this really early or really late to avoid the hottest part of the day.
Swim laps at your community pool, if you have one.
Walk a lot. Walk everywhere you can. You can add weight for strength training by carrying canned foods or something that weighs something in each hand.
Eat healthy. Reduce the number of calories you eat each day.
Drink lots and lots of water. Don't drink things that are not water.
Get at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
Stock your kitchen with healthy foods that are also filling like nuts, fish, and reduced fat cheese and yogurt so you won't be tempted to eat junk.
Rent workout videos from a video store or library. Dance videos are fun.
If you watch TV, do sit ups, jumping jacks, or push ups every time there is a commercial.
If you go out to eat, only eat half of what you are served.
Don't eat after 9 pm.

I have a gym membership, but it's just too far, so what I do is run around my neighborhood. If you don't like running do fast walking. Also, sometimes I do jumprope in the house with situps and pushups.

Get a very large dictionary, learn how to use it so you can spell right, then use the book for weightlifting.
