No, I am sorry, you will not be able to swim underwater like a fish. You will still have to hold your breath or use diving gear.

"You Are What You Eat" means how healthy you are based on why foods you eat.
example: if you eat a lot of sugary things like cakes and such you wouldn't be as healthy as you would if you ate fish and veggies and fruits.
