Tons of cardio initially. DO NOT do a lot of ab exercises until you lose the initial weight through cardio.. otherwise the ab muscles will push the fat out and cause more bulging. Once you lose weight via cardio... then start to tone the area with more ab exercises.

Ditch the beer, eat healthier, and excercise. I heard a story on the news that guys have an easier time losing belly fat than women do...lucky!

every other morning, run right when you get up before you eat breakfast. work up your route so that you start slow and after a few weeks are running 2 or 3 miles. when you get home, eat a good breakfast and shower.
and cut down on beer and junk.
