I would not waste my money because there are chemicals in there that don't go well together. I'll deal with just 2

5-Hydroxytryptophan(5-HTP is a METABOLITE of Tryptophan it's good because it CAN help surpress appetite if you use this product in a well Lit room 5-HTP is not very practical for daytime use because it is also a MOOD ENHANCER and Serotonin Producer and it can make some people very drowsy.

5-Methoxytryptamine Hydrochloride- A $5 Dollar way of saying MELATONIN
which is technically NOT recommended for anyone under the age of 62 years because it can inhibit the Pineal Gland's own ability to make the right amount of Melatonin for YOUR body because with Melatonin one size DOES NOT fit all
This product also has red and blue food dyes and Aluminum lake I doubt if those ingedients have ANYTHING IN THE WORLD to do with weight loss and appeitite surpression. Get GTF Chromium which has been proven in 3rd Party study and Glucomannan which is an herb that is soluable fiber and that can help surpress appetite also L-Glutamine is a good surpressant of sugar cravings. Those FAD products are nothing but trouble. I haven't even spoken about the Yohimbe that's in Lipodrene that's a SEXUAL ENHANCER HERB AND TOO MUCH OF IT IS DANGEROUS. I suggest researching every ingedient in a product like that before using it.
