MIKE AND MANDY'S "LOSE 10 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS DIET

This Diet must be followed EXACTLY in order to lose the 10 pounds in 3 days. Do not vary or substitute any of the foods. Salt and pepper may be used. No other seasonings. If no quantity is given, then there are no restrictions. Before you start this (or any diet) you should consult your doctor. Remember to drink PLENTY of water and use caution. We have heard that this may be a diet for "heart patients" only.


****FIRST DAY****

Breakfast :

1/2 a grapefruit

1 slice of toast

2 teaspoons of Peanut Butter Black Coffee or Tea

Lunch :

1/2 cup of Tuna or Chicken

1 slice of toast or cheese black coffee or Tea

Dinner :

2 slices of meat (3 ounces) or a small steak (broiled)

1 cup of sting beans

1 small apple

1 cup of beets or carrots

1 cup of vanilla ice cream

****SECOND DAY****

Breakfast :

1 egg

1/2 banana

1 slice of toast black coffee or tea

Lunch :

1 cup of cottage cheese or ½ a cup of tuna fish

5 saltine crackers diet soft drink

Dinner :

2 hot dogs

1 cup of broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup of carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of ice cream



****THIRD DAY****


Breakfast :

5 saltine crackers

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 small apple black coffee or tea

Lunch :

1 hard boiled egg

1 slice of toast

1/2 cup of tuna diet soft drink

Dinner :

1 cup of tuna, chicken, or turkey

1 cup beets or carrots

1 cup cauliflower or greens

1/2 cantaloupe or 1 banana

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Lose 5 pounds in an hour with an enema (maybe more). This is a trick that models and dancers use before an event. Then fast (eat nothing) for 3 days and you lose another 8 pounds of water. Fasting is fastest way to lose weight. See site below with many quotes by MDs about fasting.

Eat anythying but stay onto 1000 Calories and excerise.. U will be fine.. It works well for me .. sometimes i eat about 900 calories but with enough plates of Veggies and fruits.. I dont STARVE myself.. A bag of popcorn is always a delicious snack.. Yet be creative and it did work for three days for me.. but its not good to do that becz ull gain back again later on at the cruise .. so be urself .

Do you have a gymnasium club? I talked to an obese guy there that pronounced he as quickly as sat contained in the suana for an hour or longer (some thing like that) and he lost 4lbs. apparently he had no problems, purely lost weight. you would be able to desire to aim that. i will't do extra effective than 20 in there. I conflict the final 5 minutes. And once you're there i could propose some working or relatively an hour on the elliptical. solid success!

dont go bilicic nowjust lower ur portions of food and count ur calories eat like 800-1000 calories a day but eat what ever u do dont miss ameal eat 3 timesa day and 1 or 2 snacks really 1
