you should always eat, especially if you're expending that much energy. if you're really doing fairly intense workouts (breaking a sweat, needing to catch your breath) 3 or 4 times a day, which you probably shouldn't, you're going to need around 3000-3500 calories a day. possibly more. i don't know how old you are, but if you have summer vacation i assume you are 18 or under, in which case you are still growing and need to eat even more. if you exercise that much, you'll lose fat, but you might gain muscle, which weighs more. don't be alarmed if the scale stays about the same, but you look better.
so keep eating, keep exercising (although maybe not that much) and don't overdo anything. use your good judgment.

Depends on what kind of exercise. Muscle building wont help, working muscles gets them to a certain point beyond which they need to heal. Working them past this point acheives nothing. Aerobic exercise is always good for you, I dont believe there is any way to do too much of it. However, you must always provide your body with enough calories to work with -- For most people the appropriate amount is around 2000 per day. If you eat less than this and try to work out too much you will eventually crash and damage your body.
Edit* You shouldnt try to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week, any weight loss over this amount is unhealthy (and proven unhealthy scientifically.)

Exercising that much can be very unhealthy. Your body can't keep up to the physical demands working out places on it, unless you give it a break, usually 24 hours between work outs.
Combing 30 minutes of cardio exercise with a weight resistance workout, and balanced nutrition is the healthiest way to reach your goals.
Not eating is very hard on your system, you need the nutrients to keep functioning and maintain proper health, especially if you are working out.

I have read the other questions that you have posted along with this one and I am becoming quite concerned with what you may be going through right now. You seem to want to lose a lot of weight, very quickly with little or no regard fo how healthy it may be (i.e. you are obviously exercising too much, you have asked about diet pills, hiding your food selections from your parents etc...) I think you really need to sit down and have a good long talk with an adult that you are close to about what you are going through right now. I don't think that you are making healthy lifestyle choices and it may possibly be due to a body image problem. You may be showing signs of developing and eating disorder, if you have not already. I REALLY urge you to talk to someone about this.
Good luck!!

Yes. You MUST make sure you're getting enough to eat especially when exercising this hard to prevent exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration. Drink plenty of water as well. And try to take it easy.

It sounds like you may be anorexic. You need to eat healthy meals and exercise moderately. You are overdoing it.

Yes. You will actually lose muscle.
Make sure you take in LOTs of protein. That will make sure you lose weight. Your body doesn't store protein so it uses what it needs then you flush it out.

Yes, but remember that exercise doesn't have to be a chore, perhaps instead of running three times a day, you run, swim, and play basketball!
