Barring any genetic(inherited from family) factors that may make you have a larger butt and thighs, watch how many calories you consume in a day, how much sugar you eat ( cakes, cookies, chips etc) avoid simple carbohydrates, eat complex carbohydrates. make sure you get enough protein in your diet and most important....
EXERCISE!!! Just walking twice a day for thirty minutes will make a difference!

Last, because I don't know how old you are, if you are a teenager, PLEASE talk to your parents about how you are feeling about your size. They may think that you see a doctor before you start a new eating plan and exercising.

There are certain exercises that you could do to help tighten those places. You could try lunges or do squats. However those alone won't be very effective so I recommend you add some running to it as well. Maybe during the time that you are watching tv, you could get up and run in place or something.

What is your diet like? A big key to losing weight is diet. Sometimes extreme amounts of exercise and no change in diet make you "worse" off then moderate amounts of exercise and a change in diet.

diet isnt what your looking for...all a diet is , is a consumption of food...everybody has a diet...it starts with a lifestyle change, a total commitment to yourself...excercise, spiritually and physically...get out and walk, hike , pilates....while your sitting at the computer squeeze your butt cheeks 1000 times a day...sound dumb, but just get up and move...plus watch what you eat of course...but the word "diet" encompasses a wide variety of things, love yourself, and commit to your well being...and things will fall into place. your sex life will improve, confidence..itll be great, but it starts within...

Diet and exercise. But make sure you do the right type of exercise because if you don't, they can get bigger.
