I have suffered for 10 years, I don't know what triggers an attack but am fed up with it now as episodes can last weeks and are often very sore. Would like to hear from fellow suffers or anybody who can offer info or advice

For years my teeth have been deteriorating at a rapid pace, and I just don't know what to do to stop it anymore. I brush, floss, and the cavities just get bigger. I've got at least one on every tooth, and it's almost to the point where the molars are going to be structurally weakened soon because they're so big.

When I was a child I was never really encouraged to brush my teeth all that much, so I never really started on a regular basis until a couple of years ago. Now it seems like its too late. My old dentist has asked me more than once if I'm doing any kind of meth. (I'm not)

So, I've heard about implants and transplants and bridges, but I really think I might just have weak teeth. Are implants the only way to go? (Besides dentures, that just sounds terrible at 19. =( ) What are some other options, how much do they cost?

i also want to know around how much for the ceramic braces. i am just getting the spaces between my top teeth closed no crowded teeth have plenty of room to move teeth. the reason i'm asking is because my insur will only cover me until i'm 23 i'm 21 now and want to go ahead and start orthodontics. my wisdom teeth will put me behind and take up needed funds for orthodontic x-rays and the sectional cleaning i need before braces want to just get them removed when next year starts with the 1200$ allowance

I was stressed out about a broken tooth which I just recently just filled. My tongue kept rubbing against it so to keep my mind of it I chewed a peice of gum for about 3 hours. Then it felt like my teeth was out of place.

I researched about my problem and it said that I might have TMJD, but my mouth doesn't have any pain or anything, just a feeling that my teeth is misplaced. . . Wait I just checked and my teeth did get misplaced, or the upper jaw just got moved more to the right.
What do I really have though?
Is it serious?
And can my jaw be rightly placed again after my problem is fixed?

Just to be sure, here are some of the symptoms and problems I have;

Stress
Teeth feels wrong when clenched
Constant grinding of teeth (I'm trying hard to stop it)
Constant clenching of teeth (Also trying hard to stop)

Not really any pain, popping sounds, locking of the jaw and etc, so it might not exactly be TMJD, I hope.

Please help me. Im so stressed out right now it feels like I want to die.

I get tons of homework and projects to complete and sometimes it takes me a while to finish them and in the end I am really exhausted. Is it okay to forget to brush once in a while?

The problem is that I have had braces for 10 years due to the fact that I was born without all four of my canines which resulted in an utter NIGHTMARE. So I have just had fake teeth glued to my braces. But im about to graduate from college with my Bachelor's degree. However, my degree is basically useless if I dont go on to grad school which i want to do. But my braces are fixing to come off so I have to find a way to pay for these implants which cost anywhere from 12-17,000 dollars..I simply cannot afford to go on to graduate school which will not allow me to work at all. I need help!

Ok, don't laugh. And don't tell me to go brush my teeth, this is embarrassing enough. Helpful hints only please.

I have had halitosis since I was about 6 I think. Basically as long as I can remember. No one has really helped me with it, and even when I go to the dentist they just tell me to brush after meals, before bedtime, floss, rinse, etc. I've been doing all these things with no improvement. Mostly people just laugh. And no I don't smoke, I do stay away from coffee, onoins, spicy foods, etc.... I've been brushing with baking soda, no help, I've bought kits from the internet and special tounge scrapers, gums, mints, mechanical toothbrushes, toothpastes, all no help. There are other people with this problem, I'm sure I'm not the only one, but no one ever talks about it. I need to know what I'm missing. Is there a cure for this? Or maybe something simple I haven't tryed yet? Do any of you have this problem, or know of anyone who does, but manages to keep it in check?

I had some tooth pain so I went to the dentist and they did x-rays. They said I have to get one of my wisdom teeth removed so they can do a root canal onthe tooth in front of the wisdom tooth, and I need an extraction on a broken tooth. Well when I started taking the antibiotic Amoxi 500 3x a day, I got sever pain on that side of my face from the teeth to my ear to my brain....I could not take the pain anymore and I went to the E. R. where they gave me percocet. My questions is why the pain came so hard after? and the oral surgeon cant see me till 10/20 over a month away....will this pain go away or atleast become tolerable? or will I be taking percocet till then?......Please help because I cant go to work while on this medication and I have a vacation planned in 10 days will I get better?

I've tried everything. My routine in the morning includes flossing, brushiing with Euthymol toothpaste and then with salt and then rinsing with mouthwash. However I still notice that anytime I speak people tend to cover their noses. This has been going on for some years now. I have even asked my dentist and a few friends who said I don't have BB. But I still notice alot of people covering their noses. What do I do.

I have had a toothache for weeks, can't go to the dentist, so i have been using warm water and salt and it really takes away the pain.

What i want to know is...How does the salt actually do it???..Yet Orajel does nothing for me.
