Talk to your doctor(s) about this. Data sheets on Risperdal almost always say to "consult your physician" about anesthesia. According to a case report by James H Williams, PhD, MD, and David L. Hepburn, MD, the risperidone caused hypotension (low blood pressure) in a patient with a spinal anesthesia during a cesarian section. The problem was fixed, and no other particular problems had been reported with risperdal at that point, but related drugs had seen some issues.
The point is that one way or another, the doctor that prescribed you Risperdal and your anesthesiologist (or whoever is administering anesthesia to you) needs to know about it. I highly suggest you talk with the doctors about it and then take their advice. There is a possibility for reactions and they'll best be able to make that call.

Are you going to administer iv yourself? If no, then it would be better to ask the medical professional. It is also not clear what ailment is involved necessitating anesthesia. Often two different medicines can be taken together without any harm. But when two different physicians are involved, it is better such questions are raised to them directly.

You have asked a good question here. Regrettably you brought it to a location on the Internet where good people could unintentionally give you bad counsel, even as I have done, here on Yahoo Answers. Your question is more important than that and you should seek a more qualified assessment than you might find here.
There are some places on the Internet you can type keywords in to find web sites with a world of information that can help. Some are http://search.yahoo.com , http://google.com , and http://Ask.com just to name a few. There are other search engines on the Internet that are highly specialized in the kind of help you seek such as http://www.webmd.com/.
Good luck in your endeavors and I hope you find the answers you seek.

Don't ask us !!!
Ask your doctor or hospital who will do the procedure.
You should have been given this information already.
