I get tons of homework and projects to complete and sometimes it takes me a while to finish them and in the end I am really exhausted. Is it okay to forget to brush once in a while?

You can not be too busy to brush your teeth. I have worked 40+ hours a week, raised three children to adulthood, and attended college courses and I have never been too busy to brush. It only takes 2 minutes to do a sufficient job of brushing. Do you also skip other basic personal hygiene habits? Do you shower on a daily basis? Then brush your teeth in the shower. Skip the television, stereo and yahoo answers and brush your teeth. If you miss a day it won't really hurt you, but if you do this on a routine basis, your teeth will suffer. Your social life will likely suffer, as well, no one likes to spend time with a person with bad breath! So please brush twice a day and floss once a day!

I do think so you should brush your teeth after breakfast and take a toothbrush with you in a purse with a little tube of toothpaste and brush after your lunch and also after dinner and also flosh you teeth. A dentist will tell you this. If you don't do it you can get cavities and other problems with your teeth. And also see your dentist once a year.

You'll probably be embarrassed by the smell if you skip it. Give it the quick once over, don't take more than a minute, and you will still go a long way to smelling OK. (I'm assuming you do mean your teeth.)
