Zoom is about $500, and only moderately effective --- 2 or three shades. Dentists don't buy those machines to make payments on them, then do the work for free, sorry. There is no cheap way to get your teeth white. The strips are only moderately effective, if at all, and overuse is not recommended ---damaging to the enamel.

Ditto the Crest White Strips. Get the Premium kind. You'll notice the difference pretty quickly.

i recommend colgate total plus whiting it whitens while protecting the teeth and gums for 12 hours, brush at least twice a day and floss everyday to get in between

well obviously the first thing is to make sure you get your teeth professionally cleaned and polished every six months. You could try the combination whitener toothpastes....or after you brush your teeth try brushing again with baking soda.

Go with the Crest White Strips. They cost abotu $30 for a one week supply, and they do a great job.
Maintain the new found whiteness with Listerene, it works wonders.

tooth whitening gels works like a charm for me =)
they are quite cheap and the whitening process works while you are
sleeping.

I brushed my teeth with a conbination or peroxide and baking powder. My teeth are super white.
