We prefer the Arm and Hammer whitening toothpastes. They are a little more expensive than Crest and Colgate for example, but seem fresher and better.

Use hydrogen peroxide on your teeth. Avoid getting it on your gum and watch out for fungi in the mouth. But you'll have the brightest teeth in America.
