also if you've used it...is it really worth buying?

They work very well. I used them a long time ago and my teeth are still white. The kind I bought came with a whitening toothpaste which also works very well.
But your teeth will be very sensitive, especially to cold.

I only use the Crest Whitestrips you buy at the dentist office because they are stronger than the ones you buy in the store. I like them because they do a good job. I drink a lot of coffee and tea and my teeth are naturally yellow to begin with.
I did experience sensitivity at first but use a sensitive toothpaste two weeks prior to using the whitening stuff and you should be ok.

You might have more sensitive teeth after using any whitening product.
