You can buy an over the counter gel that is for blisters on the tongue and lip. There is a fairly new one on the market that works great. I can't remember the name but a pharmacist could help you.

Rinse your mouth out with Hydrogen Peroxide. This will help to heal and also so you won't feel the pain so much. There is a product over-the-counter, in a spray bottle that controls pain caused by sore throat, or cancer sore. Ouch. Nothing hurts quite like that.

Id be going to a doctor if it's still there in a day or two. I know a guy that got cancer on his tounge and died a little while later. that's what he thought, it's just a blister

It could be a cankor sore, which can develop from a lack of amino acids. Cankor sores are basically a cold sore inside the mouth. Take the suppliment lysine. It replenishes the amino acids and the sore goes away. It is available from most pharmacies and stores such as GNC.

Use Dologel or glycerin. Dologel makes the tongue numb and you won't feel the pain but will yet fell the taste of your food.

I know a person who likes to put carmex on his blisters in his mouth. That can possibly work for you.
