It sounds as if you have an abscessed tooth and the infection is spreading. I hope you have a dentist you see every 6 months. If so, give the office a call. You need an antibiotic. If not, you still need to call someone to have it removed or saved with root canal therapy and a crown.
Nothing over the counter tends to totally eliminate a toothache. The infection is spreading, it seems or your throat wouldn't be hurting. There is a real connection between the Ear, Nose and Throat.
I sit here, grimacing...I feel your pain. Good luck.

Sounds like you have a little ulcer, also know as a canker sore. There's not much you can do for these, as some specialists believe they're an allergy. I get them sometimes from chewing really really minty gum.
They're painful, but I use Zilactin B sometimes because it has an anesthetic and it keeps it coated for a few hours.

canker sore. You can rinse your mouth and gums with listerine mouth wash and brush and floss your teeth and tongue morning and night at least. It will go away if it is a canker sore and stop hurting in no time if you follow the steps that I suggested
