i am happy with my weight it is just i don't like how my thighs and butt look

Ok so I am going on vacation for about a week in California. I'll be leaving for there july 2. I really really really really want to lose 10-15lbs by then. I already run for about an hour a day and do some sit ups and leg lifts and about 10 squats. I don't drink soda pop but i do eat chocolate(tons of it) and ice cream about once a week as a treat since now it's almost summer time. Please help me lose this weight by my deadline!!!! Do you think I can lose this much weight in this amount of time??? can you give me some excercising and eating suggestions, i also want this weight to stay off of me! thanks in advance!

Im 12, 5'0 and 122 pounds... I seriously think i have a problem. Im really scared about my heath considering both my parents have diabeties. Well I have a problem with cravings....... I just fell the need to eat sweets like chocolate or candy and salty food like chips but never feel satisfied and keep eating! I'm not fat, I just think its bad for my health. How do I satisfy my cravings without eating so much sweets?????

I'm in my last teen years and realize that two large bumps on both sides of my labium(?or the external vaginal wall) must be treated. I have been in fear of going to the doctors, and talking to anyone about it for the past several years. At first when these bumps appeared, it hurt, but now, it doesn't hurt at all. For the past week I have been having tingling to my right arm and hand. 3days ago I had it to my R side of face, arm and leg. I left where I was and drove home and took a valium and the symptoms cleared up in about 2 hours.I did see one of my drs. the next day and told him about this and he wasn't impressed. It has happened a couple of times since but only to the arm. Today my NOSE is numb feeling, And the right arm is tingling again, along with part of my face but it is my nose that is driving me nuts. I want to wait to talk to my local Dr. on Monday, I DO NOT want to go to the local hospital due to long history of inappropiate medical care. If I were to go to the hospital I would have to drive an hour ways. Any one have any brilliant advice, esp why my nose is numb and feels really swollen. I have a history of High BP and heart problems but I am a healthy 53 year old.

my mother had back surgery a month ago for spinal stenosis. After they went in they realized it was a pinched nerve and corrcted the problem (so they say), So far she has had the same pain in her back and lower extremities, she can barely walk. To add to the inconvienance, her wound is not healing up ....has anyone ever had back surgery with these problems? I feel sorry for her, but i think she's given up, she wishes for a miracle but with every surgery, she seems to get worse.

I can't remember any details of my life from before I was about 11. Is that a sign of a medical problem? And I'm just scared and upset that I don't remember. The only way I know things that happened in my life during that time is if some one whos was there tells me what happened? Is this normal? Will it possibly come back to me when I'm older? I'm just really freaking out about that. I've only noticed this recently when I reminisced with some of my childhood friends and I could barely remember anything.

ok, i am 17 years old, 5'3 and i weight 240 lbs.
And i'm working on getting down to 115 lbs.
so i need to loose 125 lbs.

I'm a boy, she's a girl, we're both in eight grade. She's 13 I’m 14. I have liked her for awhile but i never told her. I asked her friend who is my friend for her screen name a month ago too. I have been talking to her and trying to get to know her more. I only talk to her online and we barely talk in person. Almost the whole school went to six flags great adventure yesterday and I was hanging out with me group. I passed her a few times at the park and said hi. She was with her group.
